We are proud to share an awesome collaboration between CascadiaNow! project Vibrant Palette Arts Center (VPAC) and the Office of Arts & Culture Seattle, which brought together local film maker Bram Draper and VPAC artist Joey Joseph to create the short animated film "Joey's Dream."
