Jeff, who is the Director of Operations for Hemp Production Services & Hemp Genetics International, has served agriculture via the Government of Manitoba for over a quarter of a century, and became a Diversification Technician in 1999 as Canada began to reintroduce the industrial hemp crop into its agricultural systems.
