In order to keep our costs to you as low as possible, CascadiaNow! uses the following shipping information:
- We ship all packages via USPS First Class.
- Some heavier items will ship Priority Mail, but we do not typically ship Priority Mail.
- We do not provide tracking numbers.
- Orders typically ship out on Thursday but please allow up to 1 week for your order to ship.
- Handmade items will take longer, please see each items description for specific time estimates. There is no guaranteed shipping time for handmade items.
- Pre-orders have estimated delivery dates but are not guaranteed to arrive by any specific date.

International Shipping Policy
We do our best to provide access to Cascadian goods worldwide, however, if you are purchasing outside of the US please be aware of the following:
- Orders shipped to Canada may take over 30 days to arrive.
- Orders shipped to Canada may take longer than 1 week to ship.
- Worldwide (not US or Canada) orders may require additional shipping.
- You will be contacted via email if further shipping cost is required on your order.
- Your order will not ship until your full postage has been paid.
- We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders that we will not be able to ship worldwide.
- Order with care! We do not provide tracking information or insurance. Packages lost in the postal system are gone for good, and will not be refunded or replaced.
Damaged Items: CascadiaNow! works hard to provide clear photographs and accurate descriptions of all items. However, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase if an item is damaged by no fault of the purchaser. If you need to return a damaged or faulty item, please start by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue. Please provide your original order number.
If the returned item is out of stock we will replace it with the next closest item. Return postage is repaid to the purchaser by way of refunding a portion of the original order after the return is received. A clearly labeled postage amount must be on the package or a receipt for postage must be submitted via email. We do our best to provide all information on every item, but if you have any questions or concerns please email email@example.com before purchasing.
Exchanges: CascadiaNow! works hard to provide clear photographs and accurate descriptions of all items. If an item is not what you expected, we want you to get the merchandise you want. However, we offer refunds and exchanges on a case by case basis. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange. We will accept qualifying exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We do not guarantee any item will be available to exchange. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs both ways (you may be asked to pay additional shipping). We will ship replacement items only after receiving the original return.
